Pro-active management of commercial property portfolios, including acquisitions, disposals, lettings, funding, repairing and maintenance programmes and general factoring.

Agency

Selling and letting of all types of commercial property.

Rent reviews

Acting for either tenant or landlord with presentations to Arbiters or Experts.

Rating

Rating Appeals for commercial properties including appearing on behalf of clients at Valuation Appeal Committee Hearings.

Property development

Location identification, feasibility studies, co-ordination, acquisition, auction agreements, planning advice, representation at Planning Inquiries and Land Tribunal, onward disposal of letting of units.

Expert witness

Providing an expert witness service court for valuation and building matters in dispute.

Other matters

Compulsory purchase and compensation, negotiation of servitudes and wayleaves. Preparation of Feu Disposition Plans, Title and Boundary disputes etc.
