Our Acquisition Consultants have extensive experience in the identification of suitable sites for potential telecommunication development with the specific aim of meeting both Radio Planning and Acquisition criteria demanded by Network Operators.

Acquisition

The professional acquisition team at Walker Fraser & Steele are involved on an ongoing basis in negotiation of Leases and in some cases purchase of suitable development sites. The team has a proven success record meeting the demands of a highly competitive industry.

Upgrades

Network operators often require to upgrade existing equipment and facilities due to changing technology and services, therefore our team is able to provide advice on this process by the verification of existing Lease terms, thereafter negotiating with landlords where necessary to enable upgrade of existing facilities.
